摘要
随着我国城市轨道交通的快速发展,安全高效网络化的城市轨道交通运营需求日益增长。针对城市轨道交通车辆实际运营需求,搭建智能运维系统架构,介绍智能检修的具体方法、智能生产管理的执行方式、车辆数据分析的发展方向,以期为城市轨道交通车辆智能运维系统的发展提供参考与借鉴。
With the rapid development of urban rail transit in China,the demand for safe,efficient and networked operation of urban rail transit is increasing.Aiming at the actual operation requirements of urban rail transit vehicles,the architecture of intelligent operation and maintenance system is built.This paper explains the specific methods of intelligent maintenance,elaborates the execution mode of intelligent operation management,describes the development direction of vehicle data analysis,makes detection and diagnosis on the current running status of vehicles,and realizes the vehicle fault prediction and health management.
