介绍东莞地铁车辆运维中部件状态智能监测、检修故障大数据、架大修生产管理、设备与物资管理4个细分领域,对运维系统所应用的9个信息化和智能化设备、软件、手段进行实践应用与总结,探索信息化与智能化运维在非线网运营地铁线路的小范围试用可能性,为同行与业界合作提供案例参考。

This paper introduces four subdivisions of Dongguan metro vehicle operation and maintenance,which are intelligent monitoring of component status,big data of inspected and re-repaired faults,heavy repair and overhaul operation management,equipment and material management.It also summarizes nine informatization and intelligent activities,including equipment,software and means used in operation and maintenance system,explores informatization and intelligent operation and maintenance,and conducts small-scale trial metro line operation in off-line network for feasibility studies,and provides case reference for peer and industry cooperation.
