盘式制动器摩擦件温度对动态摩擦载荷的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为提高动态摩擦加载稳定性,更容易准确控制动态摩擦载荷,以某型号气压盘式制动器摩擦件为研究对象,研究了其在动态摩擦加载过程中温度的变化对摩擦载荷的影响.根据摩擦微凸理论和瞬态传热原理,分析了该摩擦件的摩擦生热机理及热传递机理;根据气压盘式制动器的工作原理,通过Abaqus软件,建立气压盘式制动器摩擦件有限元模型,仿真分析了动态摩擦加载过程中气压盘式制动器摩擦件温度场分布及变化规律;设计动态摩擦加载试验,通过试验分析了动态摩擦加载过程中摩擦力的变化情况.结果显示,摩擦件温度与时间的平方呈线性关系,摩擦力随摩擦件温度升高而增大,直到摩擦件温度超过200 ℃时,摩擦力开始逐渐减小.该研究对有效控制动态摩擦载荷具有指导作用. The effect of temperature rise generated in dynamic friction loading process on friction loa-ding of a pneumatic disc brake was studied to improve the stability of the process and make accurate control of the friction load easier. According to the contact theory of friction and transient heat transfer principle, the friction heat generation and heat transfer mechanisms in the frictional parts of a pneuma-tic disc brake were analyzed. Based on the operational principle of pneumatic disc brakes, a finite element model of the frictional parts of the brake was established in software Abaqus, then the temperature field and its variation characteristics were analyzed numerically during the dynamic friction loading process. A dynamic friction loading test was designed and the change of frictional force in the loading process was measured. Results show that the temperature is related to time squared linearly, and the frictional force rises with increasing temperature until about 200 ℃, then the force begins to decrease gradually. This study outcome is meaningful for effective control of dynamic friction loading.
