7个甘蔗新品种在广西龙州的适应性研究

摘要 [目的]探讨甘蔗新品种在龙州地区的适应性表现,筛选抗逆性强、宿根性好、高产、高糖的甘蔗新品种。[方法]以ROC22为对照,选择7个甘蔗品种为参试材料,进行区域试验,测定甘蔗品种的农艺性状、抗病性、抗逆性表现及甘蔗产量性状,并对不同甘蔗品种适应性进行比较。[结果]桂糖42号综合排名第一,产量、蔗糖分、含糖量均排在第一位,在当地适应性最好,适宜推广;桂糖32号综合排名第二,产量和含糖量排名第二,但蔗糖分排名第七,比对照低0.55百分点,不建议在当地推广;桂糖43号综合排名第三,产量和含糖量排名第三,但蔗糖分排名第八,比对照低1.00百分点,不建议在当地推广;桂糖40号综合排名第四,产量和含糖量排名第四,蔗糖分排名第三,比对照高0.58百分点,适于在当地进行推广。桂糖37号综合适应指数及产量、含糖量略高于对照,蔗糖分略低于对照,可作为增加当地品种类型进行小面积推广。桂柳二号、粤糖60号综合适应指数均低于对照,不建议推广。[结论]该研究可为龙州蔗区及当地蔗糖企业引种提供理论依据。 [Objective]To explore the adaptability of new sugarcane varieties in Longzhou,and to screen new sugarcane varieties with strong stress resistance,good perenniality,high yield and high sugar content.[Method] Taking ROC22 as the control,7 sugarcane varieties were selected as the test materials,and the regional experiment was carried out to determine the agronomic traits,disease resistance,stress resistance and sugarcane yield traits of sugarcane varieties,and the adaptability of different sugarcane varieties was compared.[Result]Guitang No.42 ranked first in the comprehensive ranking,and its yield,sucrose content and sugar content ranked first.It had the best adaptability in the local area and was suitable for generalization.Guitang No.32 ranked second in the overall ranking,yield and sugar content ranked second,but sucrose ranked seventh,0.55 percentage points lower than the control,so it was not recommended to promote in the local area.Guitang No.43 ranked third in comprehensive ranking,yield and sugar content ranked third,but sucrose content ranked eighth,which was 1.00 percentage points lower than the control.It was not recommended to be promoted locally.Guitang No.40 ranked fourth overall,with the fourth highest yield and sugar content,and the third in sucrose content,0.58 percentage points higher than the control,suitable for local promotion.The comprehensive adaptation index,yield and sugar content of Guitang No.37 were slightly higher than those of the control,and the sucrose content was slightly lower than that of the control.It could be used as a small area extension for increasing the type of local varieties.The comprehensive adaptation index of Guiliu No.2 and Yuetang No.60 were lower than that of the control,so it was not recommended to popularize them.[Conclusion]This study could provide a theoretical basis for the introduction of sugarcane in Longzhou sugarcane area and local sugar enterprises.
