摘要
[目的]研究除去茶碱后使用水酶法进行提油的工艺条件。[方法]采用单因素试验,研究酶的种类、酶解温度、酶浓度、酶解时间、料液比对出油率的影响。[结果]最佳工艺条件是:采用蛋白酶,酶解温度50℃,酶浓度在2%~3%,酶解时间4h,料液比1.0∶5.5,出油率可达51.9%。[结论]该研究为茶油的综合开发利用提供新途径。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the process conditions for extracting oil by aqueous enzymatic method after removing theophylline.[Method]The single factor test was used to study the effects of enzyme type,enzymolysis temperature,enzyme concentration,enzymolysis time and solid-liquid ratio on oil yield.[Result]The optimum conditions were as follows: protease,enzymolysis temperature 50 ℃,enzyme concentration 2%- 3%,enzymolysis time 4 h,solid-liquid ratio 1.0 ∶5.5,oil yield up to 51.9%.[Conclusion]This research provides a new way for the comprehensive development and utilization of tea oil.
