小麦麸皮酸解液脱毒发酵制备苹果酸的可行性

摘要 [目的]研究小麦麸皮酸解液中糠醛和5-羟甲基糠醛经活性炭吸附脱除处理及脱除后进行发酵制备苹果酸的可行性。[方法]通过添加不同浓度的糠醛、5-羟甲基糠醛,研究其对曲霉发酵生产苹果酸的影响;采用活性炭吸附方法,研究其对小麦麸皮酸解液中糠醛、5-羟甲基糠醛的脱除效果,并对脱毒后小麦麸皮酸解液进行曲霉发酵生产苹果酸。[结果]使用活性炭对小麦麸皮酸解液进行脱毒处理,最适条件为活性炭含量1.5%、处理温度30℃、时间40min;在此条件下,小麦麸皮酸解液中的糠醛与5-羟甲基糠醛的脱除率分别达63.87%和61.49%。脱毒后的小麦麸皮酸解液可以作为发酵生产苹果酸的碳源,含有的糠醛与5-羟甲基糠醛含量显著减少。[结论]经活性炭处理后的小麦麸皮酸解液作为碳源进行发酵生产苹果酸是可行的。 [Objective] The research aimed to study the feasibility of fermentation of furfural and 5-HMF in wheat bran acid hydrolysate by adsorption and removal of activated carbon to prepare malic acid.[Method]The effects of fermentation on the production of malic acid by Aspergillus were studied by adding different concentrations of furfural and 5-HMF.The activated carbon adsorption method was used to study the removal effect of furfural and 5-HMF in wheat bran acid hydrolysate,and the malic acid fermentation of wheat bran acid hydrolysate was carried out to produce malic acid.[Result]The activated carbon was used to detoxify wheat bran acid hydrolysate.The optimum conditions were 1.5% activated carbon content,30 °C treatment temperature and 40 min time. Under these conditions,the removal rates of furfural and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in wheat bran acid hydrolysate were 63.87% and 61.49%,respectively.The detoxified wheat bran acid hydrolysate could be used as a carbon source for the production of malic acid by fermentation,and the content of furfural and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural was significantly reduced.
