育苗温室幼苗生长调节光照调控系统的设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对光照光质、光照强度以及光照时间对幼苗生长发育的影响,提出结合幼苗不同生长阶段、特定光质补光与定时长定量决策的精确补光方法,设计了依据作物生长阶段、生长状态以及培育目标自适应精确补光的光照调控算法。以单片机为控制器,设计了光质可调、可定时定量的LED精确光照调控系统,可根据幼苗生长阶段、生长状态,结合幼苗形态调整补光决策确定补光光质光量和时长,通过PWM调整LED输出光质光强。测试试验结果表明,该系统可满足作物不同生长阶段对不同光质光量的需求,并可根据不同培育目标、不同生长状态,及时调整补光策略。该系统的自适应光质光量时长可调的特点能够满足对幼苗形态调节补光的需求,相对传统光源改善了光照环境,提高了能源利用率。 According to the influence of light quality,light intensity and photoperiod on seedling growth and development,a lighting method which fit to various terms of seedling was proposed.The adaptive light control algorithm adapting to the term of plants,growth status and growth target was put forward.Using a single chip as the central control unit,the LED light system which can regulate the light quality,light quantity and lighting time was designed.This system could control LED light outputting specified light quality and light intensity by the single of PWM based on the decision of lighting for the term of seedling,growth status and seedling morphology.The results of the test showed that the system could satisfy the light demand of different term of plants,and could modify the lighting tactic for different targets.This system could satisfy the light demand for the regulation of seedling morphology and improve the light environment and save energy compared to traditional light.
