Bioinformatics is a new interdisciplinary subject,and bioinformatics experiment plays an important role in the teaching of bioinformatics. This paper summarized the methods of using and searching network resources in the experimental teaching of bioinformatics. These methods were applied in the experimental teaching of bioinformatics,and good teaching effect was achieved,which laid the foundation for training innovative and applied talents.
