摘要
目的采用Meta分析的方法探讨白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)基因rs1143634位点和白细胞介素6(IL-6)基因rs1800795位点多态性与复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)易感性的关系。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science 、中国学术期刊全文数据库、维普数据库和万方资源数据库收录的有关IL-1β基因rs1143634位点和IL-6基因rs1800795位点多态性与ROU易感性关系的病例对照研究。采用Stata 15.0软件进行Meta分析。结果 有8篇文献共11项研究符合纳入标准。Meta分析结果显示,总体人群合并比值比( OR )及其95%可信区间( CI )分别为:①IL-1β基因rs1143634位点:显性模型(TT+CT vs. CC):1.49(1.15~1.94),隐性模型(TT vs. CT+CC):1.99( 1.17 ~3.37),等位基因模型(T vs. C):1.47(1.20~1.82),纯合子模型(TT vs. CC):2.26(1.35~3.78),杂合子模型(CT vs. CC):1.34(1.01~1. 79);②IL-6基因rs1800795位点:显性模型(CC+CG vs. GG):0.73(0.39~1. 38),隐性模型(CC vs. CG+GG):0.79(0.30~2.10),等位基因模型(C vs. G):0.77(0.46~1.29),纯合子模型(CC vs. GG): 0.69 (0.19~2.43),杂合子模型(CG vs. GG):0.76(0.43~1.35)。IL-6基因rs1800795位点多态性与ROU易感性的亚组分析结果显示,亚洲人群在隐性模型(CC vs. CG+GG)和纯合子模型(CC vs. GG)下,合并 OR (95% CI )分别为2.34(1.10~5.01)、2.33(1.18~4.58)。结论 IL-1β基因rs1143634位点多态性与降低ROU发病风险有关;尚不能确定IL-6基因rs1800795位点多态性与ROU易感性存在相关性,但在亚洲人群中,IL-6基因rs1800795位点多态性与降低ROU发病风险有关。
Objective To investigate the association of the polymorphisms of interleukin-1β(IL-1β) rs1143634 and interleukin-6 (IL-6) rs1800795 with susceptibility to recurrent oral ulcer (ROU) through a meta-analysis. Methods PubMed, Web of Science, CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang Data were searched for case-control studies on the association of the polymorphisms of IL-1β rs1143634 and IL-6 rs1800795 with the susceptibility to ROU. Stata 15.0 software was used to perform the Meta-analysis. Results A total of eight articles with eleven studies met the inclusion criteria. The Meta-analysis showed that for IL-1β rs1143634, the pooled odds ratio in the total population was 1.49(95% CI =1.15-1.94) in dominant model (TT+CT vs. CC),1.99(95% CI = 1.17-3.37) in recessive model (TT vs. CT+CC),1.47(95% CI =1.20-1.82) in allele model (T vs. C), 2.26(95% CI =1.35- 3.78 ) in homozygote model (TT vs. CC), and 1.34(95% CI =1.01-1.79) in heterozygote model (CT vs. CC);for IL-6 rs1800795, the pooled odds ratio in the total population was 0.73(95% CI =0.39-1.38) in dominant model (CC+CG vs. GG), 0.79 (95% CI =0.30-2.10) in recessive model (CC vs. CG+GG), 0.77(95% CI =0.46-1.29) in allele model (C vs. G), 0.69(95% CI =0.19- 2.43 ) in homozygote model (CC vs. GG), and 0.76(95% CI =0.43-1.35) in heterozygote model (CG vs. GG). The subgroup analysis of IL-6 rs1800795 polymorphism and susceptibility to ROU showed that in the Asian population, the pooled odds ratio was 2.34(95% CI =1.10-5.01) in recessive model (CC vs. CG+GG) and 2.33(95% CI =1.18-4.58) in homozygote model (CC vs. GG). Conclusion IL-1β rs1143634 polymorphism is associated with the reduction in the risk of ROU, and the association between IL-6 rs1800795 polymorphism and susceptibility to ROU cannot be confirmed. In the Asian population, IL-6 rs1800795 polymorphism is associated with the risk of ROU.
