摘要 新疆目前开展的污染源智能视频监控系统建设所采用的技术路线,既将污染源在线监测与智能视频监控2种手段有效融合,形成综合性的污染源环保物联网感知、网络和智能分析平台,实现对污染源企业排放的“立体化”监控,监控模式由传统的单一型,向综合型、智能化、集约型转变,有效提升环境监管的水平和效率,初步形成汇集各类污染源智能视频监控建设体系,为全疆各地州市或全国其他省市的开展相关建设提供参考。 This paper mainly expounds the technical route adopted in the construction of intelligent video monitoring system for pollution sources in Xinjiang, which combines the online monitoring and intelligent video monitoring of pollution sources effectively to form a comprehensive platform for perception, network and intelligent analysis of environmental protection of pollution sources, realizing the " three - dimensional" monitoring of pollution source enterprises' emissions, changing the monitoring mode from traditional single, comprehensive, intelligent and intensive, effectively improving the level and efficiency of environmental monitoring, and initially forming an intelligent video monitoring and construction system for collecting various pollution sources, providing a reference for the relevant construction of all states in Xinjiang or other provinces and cities throughout the country.
