WARC标准推广策略研究

Research on WARC Standard Promotion Strategies

为推广WARC网络资源存储格式标准,文章从分析WARC与WARC标准产生和发展历程入手,利用对比研究法,探索WARC标准在国外顺利实施的原因,分析WARC标准在我国应用的困难,在此基础上,探讨我国推广WARC标准的主要策略,目前应该从制定标准实施指南、形成网络资源存档政策标准体系、引进开发相关软件、成立网络资源存档部门出发,多方推进WARC格式与标准。

In order to promote the WARC standard, this paper starts with the analysis of the production and development of WARC and WARC standards, and uses the comparative research method to explore the reasons for the smoothly implementation of WARC standards abroad, then analyzes the difficulty of promoting WARC standards in China. Based on these, we could formulate implementation guidelines, the form the network resource archiving policy standards system, introduce or develop related software, and establish the network resource archiving departments to advance the WARC and its standards.
