夹金山脉大熊猫栖息地遗产旅游可持续发展评价

Evaluation on Sustainable Development of Heritage Tourism of Jiajin Mountains Giant Panda Sanctuaries

基于DPSIR模型,从驱动力、压力、状态、影响、响应5个维度构建夹金山脉大熊猫栖息地遗产旅游可持续发展评价指标体系,运用极差变化法进行指标标准化处理,运用变异系数法确定指标权重,对栖息地遗产旅游可持续发展进行评价。结果表明:2005—2016年夹金山脉大熊猫栖息地遗产旅游可持续发展指数介于0.3405~0.7362,呈不断上升趋势,但可持续发展水平不高。驱动力、压力、状态、影响、响应五大子系统中,压力系统与响应系统指数偏低,栖息地遗产旅游面临较大压力,相应的响应措施亟待加强。

To evaluate sustainable development of heritage tourism which would contribute to coordinating the relationships between tourism development and heritage protection,and promote regional economic development. A driver-pressure-state-impact-response (DPSIR) framework in a practical context to integrate social-economic and environmental indicators to evaluate sustainable development of heritage tourism of Jiajin Mountains giant panda sanctuaries (JMGPS) has been developed. In this paper ,Baoxing County is shown as an experimental site,indexes data has been processed by range variation method and variation coefficient method based on the data from 2005 to 2016,the results of comprehensive assessment showed that the JMGPS’s indexes of sustainable heritage tourism development are in 0.340 5~0.736 2 during 2005-2016,even though the change curve is unceasing rising trend,however,the sustainable development of heritage tourism of JMGP is at a low level. In the five subsystems,indexes of the pressure subsystem and impact subsystem are on the low side,that means local heritage tourism development is facing greater pressure,and need to strengthen responses measurements. The results of assessment are according to actual condition of JMGP,which would contribute to promoting heritage tourism sustainable development and coordinating the relationships between heritage tourism development and heritage protection.
