基于共生理论的乡村旅游精准扶贫模式和路径优化研究——以山东省沂南县竹泉村为例

Research on Rural Tourism Poverty Alleviation Model and Path Optimization Based on Symbiosis Theory: A Case of Zhuquan Village,Yinan County,Shandong Province

基于生物学中的共生理论,以山东省沂南县竹泉村为案例,对乡村旅游精准扶贫模式、利益主体共生模式以及旅游精准扶贫路径优化进行分析。结果表明:竹泉村在乡村旅游发展中面临景区过度商业化、利益分配不公平、弱势群体发展权利无保障等突出性问题。村落利益主体之间一体化互惠共生模式应为最佳合作模式。据此提出竹泉村乡村旅游精准扶贫发展应实现求同存异、资源共享、利益共享以及加强利益协调监管、加强社区管理自治、建立共生参与方式、发展村集体经济和合作社经济等优化路径,解决竹泉村乡村旅游扶贫困境。

Based on the symbiosis theory in biology,taking Zhuquan Village,Yinan County,Shandong Province as a case study,the research on poverty alleviation mode and path optimization of rural tourism in Zhuquan Village was carried out. In the development of rural tourism,Zhuquan Village faces prominent problems such as excessive commercialization of scenic spots,unfair distribution of interests,and insecure development rights of vulnerable groups. From the perspective of symbiosis theory,this paper analyzes the symbiotic co-occurrence mode of Zhuquan Village’s interest subjects,and believes that the integration and reciprocal symbiosis model among village stakeholders should be the best cooperation mode. It is proposed that Zhuquan Village rural tourism should achieve the common development of poverty alleviation,resource sharing and benefit sharing,establish a sound interest coordination supervision mechanism,strengthen community management autonomy,establish an efficient multi-subject participation mode,and develop the village collective economy and cooperative economy.
