镉胁迫对甘蔗抗氧化酶系统及非蛋白巯基物质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了解镉胁迫下甘蔗的生理生化响应,通过桶栽试验模拟甘蔗在镉胁迫下生长,探讨镉胁迫的不同浓度和不同时期对甘蔗生理生化的影响。结果表明:镉处理对甘蔗叶绿素均有不同程度的影响,随着时间的推移叶绿素变化得更为明显;对于清除活性氧系统酶类,包括超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD),相比于对照则出现了较大的波动;脯氨酸(PRO)和丙二醛(MDA)含量受镉浓度影响较小,在镉处理前期并未有明显的变化,但在处理中后期出现了明显的上升趋势;谷胱甘肽(GSH)和非蛋白巯基(NPT)含量在不同的镉浓度和处理时期都有增加的趋势,而植物络合素(PCs)则随着镉浓度的增加会出现先升高后趋于平稳的情况。甘蔗生理不仅受镉浓度处理的影响,随着时间的推移响应的镉积累也是左右甘蔗生理变化的重要因素。 In order to understand the physiological and biochemical responses of sugarcane under cadmium stress, barrel experiments were conducted to simulate the growth of sugarcane under cadmium stress, and to explore the effects of different concentrations and different periods of cadmium stress on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of sugarcane. The results showed that cadmium treatment had different effects on the chlorophyll content of sugarcane, and the change of chlorophyll content was more obvious with the passage of time. For scavenging enzymes of active oxygen system, including superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD), there was a large fluctuation compared with the control. The contents of proline (PRO) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were less affected by the concentration, and did not change significantly in the early stage of cadmium treatment, but showed an obvious upward trend in the middle and late stage of treatment. The contents of glutathione (GSH) and non-protein thiol (NPT) tended to increase at different cadmium concentrations and treatment periods, while plant complexes (PCs) tended to increase first and then stabilize with the increase of cadmium concentration. Sugarcane physiology is not only affected by cadmium concentration, but also affected by cadmium accumulation over time.
