摘要
为了探究不同土壤改良剂对整治烟田土壤的影响,探索提高土壤有机质含量和土壤微生物活性,改善烟田土壤理化性质的可能途径。试验设计处理F(施用腐殖酸盐)、处理J(施用聚丙烯酰胺)、处理T(施用土壤调理剂)及对照CK(同种烟草、不施肥、不施土壤改良剂)进行田间试验。并对3种土壤改良剂进行3种不同水平的裂区设计随机排列小区试验,测定土壤的理化性质指标。结果表明:处理F(施用腐殖酸盐)可显著提高土壤有机质、速效N、速效P、有效Cu、有效Mn和有效Fe含量。其中,F2(450kg/hm^2)比F1(225kg/hm^2)在速效N、速效P、有机质含量等方面分别提高了14.41%、34.31%和25.87%,说明F2具有很好的土壤改良能力。
To explore the effects of different soil amendments on remediation of tobacco soil, aiming at exploring possible ways to increase soil organic matter content and soil microbial activity, and providing a basis for rapid improvement of soil physical and chemical properties, it designed treat F (humate), treat J (polyacrylamide), treat T (soil conditioner) and blank CK (the same kind of tobacco, no fertilizer and conditioner) in field trials;three soil amendments were used at three levels in split plot design randomly arranged to determine the changes in physical and chemical properties of the soil. The results showed that treatment F (humate) significantly increased soil organic matter, available nitrogen, phosphorus, Cu, Mn and Fe. Compared with F1 (225 kg/hm2), treatment F2 (450 kg/hm2) increased available nitrogen, available phosphorus and organic matter contents by 14.41%, 34.31% and 25.87%, respectively, which indicated that F2 was the optium choice for amendments of tobacco soil.
