水稻纹枯病内生拮抗菌的分离鉴定及其生防作用 被引量:2

摘要 采用组织分离法,从水稻健叶分离得到一株对水稻纹枯病有较强拮抗作用的内生拮抗细菌WK1,经16SrDNA序列同源性和进化树分析,表明WK1菌株为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis),在此基础上采用混药平板法测定WK1对水稻纹枯病菌菌丝的抑制率,结果为86.67%,进而进行田间防效试验。结果表明:WK1菌株对水稻纹枯病的防治效果为52.23%,与5%井冈霉素水剂防效相当。 An endogenous bacterium with nice antagonism against rice sheath blight was isolated from healthy rice leaves by tissue separation method and named WK1. Based on 16S rDNA sequence homology analysis and its phylogenetic tree, the strain WK1 was finally identified as Bacillus velezensis. The plate method showed that the strain WK1 had a great inhibiting effect of 86.67% against rice sheath blight. Field plot experiment showed that the control effect of WK1 against rice sheath blight reached 52.23%, which worked equally with 5% validamycin. The results of this study could provide scientific basis for biological control of rice sheath blight.
