民族高校图书馆民族特色数据库建设调査分析——以普通本科民族院校为例

Investigation and analysis on the construction of national characteristic database in university libraries for nationalities:taking ethnic universities of general undergraduates as an example

文章以我国21所普通本科民族院校图书馆民族特色数据库为研究对象,描述和分析了新时代我国普通本科民族院校图书馆民族特色数据库的建设和使用现状,采用网络调查、文献研究、电话访谈等方法进行,调查发现,在民族高校图书馆民族特色数据库建设中存在民族特色数据库建设标准缺失、数据库建设投入力度和技术支持落后且参差不齐、数据库资源的版权意识和共享意识不合理和宣传局限导致数据库利用率低等问题。针对以上问题,笔者提出了自己的一些拙见,希望为普通高等民族院校图书馆民族特色数据库的完善和发展提供参考。

This paper takes the national characteristic database of 21 national university libraries as the research object, describes and analyses the current situation of the construction and use of the national characteristic database of the National University Libraries in our country in the new era. It adopts the methods of network investigation, literature research, telephone interview and so on. The investigation shows that there exists in the construction of the national characteristic database of the National University libraries. The lack of national characteristic database construction standards, the backward and uneven investment and technical support in database construction, the unreasonable awareness of copyright and sharing of database resources and the limitation of propaganda lead to the low utilization of database. In view of the above problems, the author puts forward some humble opinions. It is hoped to provide reference for the improvement and development of the national characteristic database in the libraries of ordinary universities for nationalities.
