摘要
雷达作为一种多学科综合的系统产品,对模块化设计需求非常迫切。模块的管理是装备模块化设计中的核心环节,主要任务是要实现标准化、通用化和系列化的模块,满足装备基型设计、变型设计以及组合设计的要求。文章在模块标准化、通用化和系列化的基础上,对借用模块、借鉴模块、新研模块在研制过程中的管理提出了相应的设计原则和管理模式。针对技术状态、研发周期、生产流程、调试测试、售后服务等方面,给出了一些切合实际且具有可操作性的建议。
As a multi-disciplinary integrated system product, radar has an urgent need for modular design. The module management is the core link in the modular design of equipment. The main task is to realize the standardization, generalization and serialization of the module, to meet the requirements of equipment-based design, variant design and combination design. Based on the standardization, generalization and serialization of modules, this paper puts forward the corresponding design principles and management modes for the management of borrowing modules, drawing lessons from modules, and new research modules in the process of development. In view of the technical status, R&D cycle, production process, debugging and testing, after-sales service and so on, some practical and practical examples are given operational suggestions.
