摘要
文章立足于互联网经济推动零售业变革的时代背景,通过研究传统零售商业的发展历程和空间演变以及互联网时代网络零售商业的消费特征,分析互联网零售商业的优势和短板,得出实体零售商业不能完全被网络虚拟商业取代的结论。通过研究互联网时代的人群消费需求,进一步探索实体零售商业的未来发展趋势是更有体验的购物商圈和更加便利的社区商业两种商业模式,并试图构建互联网时代面向未来的城市零售商业空间理想模式以引导未来发展,提出区域层面形成商品上下游的生态产销供应链,城市层面布局以购物综合体为主体的体验式商圈,社区层面结合“15分钟生活圈”均衡设置便民商业设施。
Based on the Internet economy background, this paper analyzes the development history and spatial evolution of traditional retail business and the consumption characteristics of online retail business, and analyzes the advan. tages and shortcomings of Internet retail business, points out that physical retail business cannot be completely replaced by network virtual business. By studying the consumer demand of the Internet age, further exploring the future development trend of physical retail business are two business models as the shopping mall circle to provide more experienced environment and the more convenient community business, and try to construct an ideal model of urban retail commercial space in the Internet age to guide future development. We should construct a regional production and supply chain and the main experience-based business district. At the same time, we should combine with the 15-minute living circle to set up convenient business facilities in community.
