社会主义核心价值观日常化:理论逻辑与实践启示——以赣西Y市“好人文化”培育实践为个案

Daily Socialist Core Values:Theoretical Logic and Practical Enlightenment——Taking Cultivation Practice of “Good People Culture” in Y City of West Jiangxi Province as Example

中央关于社会主义核心价值观的"顶层设计"蕴含的"工程思维",与现实乃是一种"创造性"关系;而核心价值观的"地方实践"具有"当时当地性"。这就决定了"顶层设计"与"地方实践"之间既存在明显的一致性,又将不可避免地出现差异甚至悖离。从日常生活视角出发,对赣西Y市的"好人文化"培育实践过程进行梳理与分析,可以发现,Y市将"好人好报"这一日常观念融入"好人文化"培育实践的背后实际是对日常生活逻辑、主体利益逻辑及价值认同逻辑的遵循。作为一种地方探索,Y市实践的成功至少与其高度的政治敏感与妥善的应急处置、极强的政治动员与资源统合能力、核心价值与日常观念的成功嫁接与融合三个方面息息相关。与此同时,当地官方的"政绩焦虑"与"实用理性"主导下的"网络民主"之"异化"也成为其地方探索中不可忽略的面相。

The "engineering thinking" implied in the "top-level design" of the central committee's socialist core values is a "creative" relationship with reality, while the "local practice" of the core values is "local at that time". This determines that there is obvious consistency between "top-level design" and "local practice", and inevitably there will be differences or even contradictions. From the perspective of daily life, this paper combs and analyses the practice process of cultivating "Good People Culture" in Y City of west Jiangxi Province . It can be found that the logic of daily life, the logic of subject's interests and the logic of value identification are actually followed behind the integration of the daily concept of "good people and good news" into the practice of cultivating "Good People Culture". As a local exploration , the success of Y city practice is at least closely related to its high political sensitivity and proper emergency response, strong political mobilization and resource integration ability, and the successful grafting and integration of core values and daily concepts. At the same time, the "performance anxiety" of local officials and the "alienation" of "network democracy" under the guidance of "practical rationality" have become an indispensable face in their local exploration.
