摘要
基于2008—2017年我国30个省、自治区和直辖市(除西藏、港、澳、台外)规模以上工业企业的省级面板数据,采用分区域对比方法,比较分析了我国东中西部地区规上工业企业创新投入受房价上涨影响的抑制程度,并结合国家竞争优势理论的分析架构揭示房价上涨抑制企业创新投入的区域异质性原因。研究发现,受地区间人才吸引力差异、消费支出差异、融资约束差异以及创新环境差异等因素的影响,东中西部地区规上工业企业创新投入受房价上涨的抑制程度依次增强。为此,中西部地区应优化人才引进政策、提升区域市场需求、拓宽融资渠道、构建产学研协同创新平台,以提升企业的创新竞争力,并弱化中西部地区规上企业创新投入受房价上涨的影响。
Based on 2008-2017 China's 30 provincial panel data of industrial enterprises above designated size, the paper compares and analyzes the degree to which the innovation input of industrial enterprises above designated size is restrained by the impact of the rising housing price, and reveals the reasons of regional heterogeneity for the restraining effect of the rising housing price on the innovation input of enterprises in combination with the framework of the Theory of National Competitive Advantage.The study finds that the innovation input of industrial enterprises above designated size in the eastern,central and western regions of China is increasingly restrained by the rising housing price,respectively, due to the differences in talent attraction , consumer spending, financing constraints and innovation environment among different regions. Therefore, the central and western regions should optimize the policy of talent introduction , promote the regional market demand, broaden the financing channels, and construct the industry-university-research collaborative innovation platform, so as to enhance the innovation competitiveness of enterprises, and weaken the impact of the increase of housing prices on the innovation input of enterprises in the central and western regions.
