一种双管隔离型变换器的分析与设计

摘要 针对传统双管正激变换器存在的滤波单元体积大、整流二极管反向恢复和电压振荡问题,提出一种新型的双管变换电路。该变换器输出滤波电路只保留1个电容滤波,一方面减少了磁性元件的使用,使得滤波电路的功率密度提高;另一方面解决了整流二极管的寄生振荡、反向恢复的问题。同时,分析了该变换器在理想情况下的工作原理和特性。最后,根据所提出的双管变换器,在实验室中制作了1台200W的原理样机,实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。 The traditional dual switch forward converter has a very large filter circuit,and its output rectifier diode has the problem of reverse recovery and voltage oscillation. Therefore,a novel dual switch DC/DC converter was proposed with only one capacitor as the output filter,which the number of magnetic elements was reduced and power density was improved. Besides,the problems of parasitic oscillation and reverse recovery of the rectifier diode were solved. the detailed analysis of the dual switch converter's operating principle and characteristics were analyzed. Finally,according to the proposed converter,a prototype rated at 200 W was established in the lab,and the experimental results verify the correctness of the analysis.
