摘要 启蒙以来人类精神生活之至关重要的主题性之思,无一例外是围绕着"发展与生活"的关系得以展开的。20世纪50年代以后,发展理论的成果表明,一方面,由于深刻的"制度性因素"的嵌入,发展绝对不是一种纯粹的"经济现象"(经济行为和过程)。制度蕴含着传统、理论、文化、价值以及意识形态等多重因素于其中,构成并实际规定着特定发展实践的边界、特质、模式和方向。脱离制度的发展,是不切实际的抽象。另一方面,不同制度下的发展实践,客观上不断造就并实际带来对于生活本质、生活意义的差异化的主体性理解、选择与体验。就规范理性而言,不同的生活价值观无疑有合理与不合理之分。五大发展理念的提出,为处在新一轮文明转型与变迁时代的人类的制度变革与生活方式的选择,提供了一种具有时代性高度的前瞻性典型示范引领和现实指导意义的新的方案。 Since the Enlightenment, the most important theme of human spiritual life has revolved around the relationship between development and life. The findings of development theory since the 1950s have shown two things. On the one hand,development is absolutely not a pure “economic phenomenon”(economic behavior and process)because of the deeply “embedded institutional factors”. Institutions contain many factors,such as tradition,theory,culture,value and ideology,which constitute and actually define the boundaries,attributes,modes and directions of specific development practice. It is an unrealistic abstraction to deviate from the development of the system. On the other hand,the development practice under different systems has objectively created and brought about different subjective understanding,choice and experience of the essence and meaning of life. As far as normative rationality is concerned,there are no doubt reasonable and unreasonable differences between different values of life. The proposition of the Five Development Concepts provides a new forward- looking scheme with realistic demonstrative and guiding significance for system reform and lifestyle choice of human beings in the new era of civilization changes.
