不同形貌WO3的制备及其可见光催化性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用直接微调pH的方法成功制备了WO3棒、WO3阵列和WO3花三种形貌,并对其进行了TEM、XRD、Raman、FT-IR、N2吸附-脱附、UV-Vis等表征。结果发现三种形貌中WO3棒和WO3阵列具有相同的晶型,且WO3阵列的比表面积最大(18.6m^2/g),禁带宽度Eg最小,因此在可见光催化降解亚甲基蓝(MB)的实验中,WO3阵列表现出了最高的催化活性,60min后降解效率达到95%,表观反应速率常数k值达到4.676×10^-2,此值分别为WO3花和WO3棒k值的1.55倍和2.19倍。 WO3 rods,arrays and flowers were successfully prepared by fine changing the pH values directly,and the products were characterized by TEM,XRD,Raman,FT-IR,N2 adsorption-desorption and UV-Vis spectrum. The results showed that the WO3 rods and WO3 arrays have the same crystal phase in three morphologies,and the WO3 arrays possess the biggest specific surface area (18.6 m^2/g) and smallest bandgap (Eg). And thus the WO 3 arrays show the best performance in catalytic degradation of methylene blue (MB) under visible light. Its degradation efficiency could reach 95% in 60 min,and the apparent rate constant (k) of reaction accordingly reachs to 4.676×10^-2 ,which is 1.55 and 2.19 times for that of WO3 rods and flowers.
