摘要 石油化工厂区是VOC的重点来源之一,严格控制VOC的排放量是大气污染物治理的重点,也是可持续发展的重要战略。文章主要阐述了某炼油厂储运罐区引进LDAR技术,对厂区的密封点,可能泄漏VOC的区域进行了系统的排查与统计,并根据发现的情况,做出了相对应的,有效的治理措施。通过复检情况来看,罐区密封点的泄漏得到了有效控制。通过此次VOC治理,分析和总结经验,将以前难以发现的泄漏点及时管控,降低了密封点的泄漏率,为以后的密封点的管理和维护,起到了一定的借鉴作用。 Petrochemical plants are one of the key sources of VOC,strict control of VOC emission is the focus of air pollutant control and an important strategy of sustainable development.In this paper,the LDAR technology was introduced into storage and transportation tank area of An oil refinery,and the sealing points and possible VOC leakage areas of the plant were systematically investigated and counted,and corresponding and effective treatment measures were made according to the findings.Through the VOC treatment,the analysis and summary of experience,will be difficult to find before the leakage point timely control,reduce the leakage rate of sealing point,for the future sealing point management and maintenance,has played a certain role for reference.
