摘要
高校毕业生就业竞争力是主体性文化资本、客体性文化资本和体制性文化资本三者共同作用的结果。三者在主体性文化资本的作用下,相互促进,进而实现学生高校毕业生文化资本的增值。其中,主体性文化资本对高校大学生就业质量起着基础性作用,它能够进一步促进高校毕业生更好就业,提高其就业质量。这需要高校自身、专业教师、学生工作者三者齐抓共管,多举并用,通过专业大赛、知识提升、技能培养等多种途径和方法促进高校毕业生文化资本增量,以便获得更多的就业竞争力,从而找到更好工作。
The employment competitiveness of college graduates is the result of the joint action of subjective cultural capital,object-based cultural capital and institutional cultural capital.Under the action of subjective cultural capital,the three promote each other,and then promote the value added of students ' cultural capital of college graduates.Among them,the subjective cultural capital plays a fundamental role in the employment quality of college students,which can further promote the better employment of college graduates and improve their employment quality.This needs the university itself,the professional teacher,the student worker do together,initiates and uses,through the professional contest,the knowledge enhancement,the skill training and so on various ways and methods to promote the university graduate cultural capital increase,in order to obtain more employment competitiveness,thus gets the better job.
