汽车空调低温异味触发机理及解决方案研究 被引量:2

摘要 汽车空调异味问题一直困扰着广大终端汽车客户。低温异味是汽车空调异味中的一种新现象。通过台架实验以及整车实验证明,此现象和蒸发器表面温度密切相关。低温异味只有在蒸发器出现结冰现象时才出现。为了减弱甚至消除此异味,改进压缩机控制算法和替换空调滤网材料的方法,被证明是有效的。某车型在措施实施后,售后抱怨数量降低60%以上。 Automotive air conditioner odor is a major issue for most vehicle customers. Low temperature odor is a new odor phenomenon. This phenomenon was demonstrated to relate with evaporator temperature in both bench and vehicle tests. It only showed up when evaporator temperature dropped below zero degree. To reduce and even eliminate this kind of odor, improving compressor control algorithm and replacing cabin filter material were proved to be effective. The complaint quantity was reduced over 60% after the countermeasure was implemented in one particular vehicle model.
