摘要
对社会工作专业实践的操作性认知,使得我国社会工作实践教学具有明显模仿西方专业化和规范化的倾向,从而使得我国社会工作实践教学面临诸多的困境。破解这一难题并创新社会工作实践教学就必须践行实践为本的教学理念,要求教师、学生及督导在实践教学中保持文化自觉,并着力推进学生的能力建设。
There is a tendency imitating Western specialization and standardization in Chinese social work practice teaching because of operational cognition on professional practice of social work.Therefore Chinese social work practice teaching is facing with the difficulties.To solve the problems and innovate social work practice teaching,it is necessary for the teacher,the students and the supervisors to hold the practice teaching philosophy,and to keep cultural consciousness in practice in order to promote capacity building of students.
