摘要
本文简要介绍了离心式机油滤清器的工作原理和参数指定原则,通过CFD技术对我公司FL110分流离心式机油滤清器在稳定工作状态下的内部流场进行仿真分析,并结合试验结果对产品结构进行了优化。通过对结构改进前后仿真结果及试验结果的对比,为优化产品性能和可靠性提供一定的理论依据。
This paper briefly introduces the working principle and parameter designation principle of centrifugal oil filter. Through the CFD technology, the internal flow field of the FL110 split centrifugal oil filter manufactured by our company under steady working state is simulated and analyzed. As a result, the product structure was optimized. By comparing the simulation results before and after the structural improvement and the test results, it provides a theoretical basis for optimizing product performance and reliability.
