摘要
车用涡轮增压器工作过程中产生高频气流噪声成分,严重影响车内驾乘舒适性。增压器气动噪声成分的控制技术与解决方案,已成为汽车工程应用领域研究的重点之一。本文主要针对涡轮增压器的“Hiss声”、“泄气声”进行研究。首先,从增压器内部结构进行研究与分析,阐述其噪声的产生机理与特征。其次,提出消声器的模块化设计开发理念,并针对性设计了消声器结构,测试分析其传递损失特性。最后,将模块化消声器安装于增压管路系统,通过整车道路试验,验证其整车实际消声性能。结果表明,所设计的消声器结构有效抑制了涡轮增压器的噪声水平,显著改善了整车NVH水平,为工程开发应用提供有效的设计指导。
The turbocharger radiates the air-induced high frequency noise, which affects the riding comfort and the sound quality inside the vehicle. The controlling technique and solution of the turbocharger aerodynamic noise is being the focus point in the field of automobile engineering. In this paper, we proposed the investigation focused on the turbocharger noise, e.g. hiss noise and by-pass noise. First, the interior structure of the turbocharger was analyzed, the noise mechanism and characteristic was researched and proposed accordingly. Then, the modular concept of muffler design was proposed and a certain muffler was developed, as well as the transmission loss analysis. Finally, the vehicle road test was finished with the modular muffler attached to the charged air duct. As a result, the actual acoustic performance of the muffler was evaluated and validated, which proves helpful enough for the turbocharger noise attenuation. Such development and solution improves the vehicle NVH performance and could provide effective design guidance for engineering application.
