漆层厚度对短舱CFRP及防护铜网的雷击损伤影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着复合材料在短舱上的广泛使用,复合材料雷电防护设计已成为影响飞机飞行安全的一项关键问题。影响复合材料雷击防护效果的因素很多,其中包括漆层厚度,不同的漆层厚度对于短舱结构的雷击损伤差异较大。本文针对短舱CFPR复合材料及常采用的金属铜网防护方法,重点对0~233μm范围内不同漆层厚度下的雷击损伤进行研究,通过雷击试验及试验后无损检测结果,给出了该漆层范围内的雷击损伤影响,对于短舱CFRP的雷电防护设计具有重要的参考意义。 With the wide application of composite materials in nacelle, lightning protection design has become a key issue affecting the flight safety of aircraft. There are many factors affecting the lightning protection effect of composite materials, including the thickness of paint layer. The lightning damage of nacellet structure varies greatly with different paint thickness. In this paper, the lightning damage of CFPR composite materials and copper mesh protection methods used in nacelle are studied, focusing on the lightning damage of different paint thickness in the range of 0~233 μm. Through lightning test and Non Destructive Testing (NDT) after the test, the lightning damage effect within the paint layer is given, which has important reference significance for the lightning protection design of nacelle CFRP.
