关于加强新时代青少年劳动教育的若干思考——基于上海市青少年劳动教育40年的实践与研究

Some Thoughts on Promoting the Labor Education of Youngsters in the New Era——Based on 40 Years of Practice and Research on Youth Labor Education in Shanghai

党和国家高度重视青少年劳动教育,强调教育的根本任务就是培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。围绕这一目标,学校、家庭、社会都建立了一系列劳动教育课程和实践育人载体,但劳动教育的实效性有待加强。如何切实加强新时代青少年劳动教育?文章通过对上海市40年来加强青少年学生劳动教育方面的探索与实践进行系统分析,提出了各学段紧密衔接,各学科横向贯通,推进青少年劳动教育一体化发展等有效策略。

Our government attaches great importance to youth labor education,emphasizing that the fundamental task of education is to train socialist builders and successors who develop morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and labor in an all-round way. Our schools,families and society have established a series of labor education courses and carriers of practical education,but the effectiveness of labor education still needs to be strengthened.Carrying out the youth labor education more conscientiously in the new era remains a critical issue.Based on the systematic analysis of the exploration and practice of promoting the youth labor education in Shanghai in the past 40 years,this paper puts forward some effective problem-solving strategies for the issue,such as the close connection of each academic period, the horizontal connection of each discipline,and the integration development of youth labor education.
