中等职业学校职业生涯规划课程优化研究——“理实一体化”教学模式的视角

摘要 “职业生涯规划”是一门实践操作性很强的德育课程,为了有效克服传统教学中忽视实践以及理论与实践严重脱节的弊端,满足理论教学和实践操作并存、并重、并行的需要,笔者尝试把“理实一体化”教学模式引入教学中。实践证明,这种模式的运用,能有效达成“知行合一”的教学目标,为教学开辟了新天地、找到了新思路、提供了新方法,值得借鉴和推广。 Career planning is a moral education course with strong practical operation.For better teaching effect,the integrated teaching model should be introduced in order to effectively overcome the drawbacks of the negligence of practice and the disconnection between theory and practice in traditional teaching and to pay equal attention to the coexistence and concurrence of theory teaching and practice.The practice has proved that the application of this model can effectively achieve the teaching goal of“the unity of knowledge and practice”,and provide teaching with new research areas,new ideas and a new method.Therefore,this model is worth adopting and promoting.
