新时期美术师范生的培养路径探析

An Analysis of Cultivation Path For Art Majors in Normal Universities in the New Era

培养“与时代同步发展”的优质师范毕业生已成为新时期师范院校教育的必然趋势。文章基于核心能力及美术课堂教学“十度”评价指向的美术师资要求,提出新时期美术师范生的培养路径,即一支画笔绘就美好世间,彰显美术专业特色;一支粉笔精彩美术课堂,聚焦美术教育阵地;一支钢笔写好美育精神,强化美术教育研究;一支心笔绽放教育光芒,践行教育真爱责任。美术师范生应将“四支笔”作为自身专业化发展追求的目标,不断加强自身综合素养的提升,迎接新时期的挑战,做一名与时代同步发展的美术师范生。

It has become a necessity of normal college education in the new era to cultivate high-quality graduates who can develop in step with the advancement of times.Based on the core competence and the art teacher requirements suggested by the“tendegree” evaluation of art teaching,this paper puts forward the cultivation path of“four brushes”for art majors in normal universities in the new era.“Four brushes”means that with a brush,one can paint a beautiful world and highlight the characteristics of art major;with a chalk,one can teach a wonderful art class,and focus on art education position;with a pen,one can write the spirit of esthetic education and strengthen the education research of art;with a pen of heart,one can show the light of education and practice the responsibility of love in education.This paper calls on art majors in normal universities to take“four brushes”as the goal of their professional development and constantly enhance their comprehensive quality so as to meet the challenges of the new era and be an art student in normal universities who develops in step with the advancement of the era.
