摘要
国际图联发布的《国际图联趋势报告2018新进展》延续了《国际图联趋势报告2017年新进展》的论题模式,采集和整合了4位专家对于图书馆情景规划、图书馆所受攻击及其反击、图书馆重要性、社区网络与图书馆双赢合作等方面的思考。本文立足于报告内容,通过皮尤研究中心报告的数据分析了美国公众对于图书馆在这些方面重要性的认识,最后提出我国图书馆在未来发展过程中应不断加强公众对图书馆重要性的宣传工作,积极开展图书馆服务质量调查工作,积极主动地推进图书馆服务转型升级。
On the basis of The IFLA Trend Report 2017 Update, The IFLA Trend Report 2018 Update focuses on the thinking of four experts of scenario planning and libraries, libraries are under attack and how they can fight back, the importance of libraries, win-win cooperation between community network and library. Based on the contents of the report, this paper analyses the American public’s understanding of the importance of libraries in these aspects through the data analysis of the Pew Research Center’s report. Finally, it points out that in the future development of Chinese libraries, we should constantly strengthen the publicity of the importance of libraries, actively carry out the investigation of library service quality, and actively promote the transformation and upgrading of library services.
