Optimization of Reference Service Workflow Based on Bibliography Management Software

为了提高参考咨询人员工作效率,本文通过制作4个NoteExpress过滤器用于导入用户提供的文献目录,9个输出样式满足不同用户的个性化需求。同时,介绍了通过标签云、优先级进行分类和排序,采用NE去重、排除自引等内容优化参考咨询工作流程。

In order to improve the efficiency of reference consultants, this paper makes 4 NoteExpress filters to import users’ bibliographies, and 9 output styles meet the individual needs of different users. It also introduces how to classify and sort through tag cloud and priority, and use NE to duplicate and exclude self citation.
