本文从高校图书馆馆配电子书市场的最大“痛点”电子书匮乏的原因入手,分析了目前馆配电子书市场中出版社、馆配商和图书馆的市场关系,提出了区块链技术应用于馆配电子书出版交易平台建设必要性和可行性。并进一步探讨了区块链技术应用于馆配电子书出版交易平台建设的基本构想,期望以全新的区块链技术视野开拓高校数字图书馆电子书文献建设发展的新维度和新空间。

This paper starts with the reason for the shortage of E-books in university libraries, which is the biggest pain point of the E-book supplier market for university libraries. This paper analyzed the relationships among the publishers, library suppliers, and the libraries in the E-book market. It proposed the necessity and feasibility of utilizing block chain technology in the trading platform for library-supplied E-books. Furthermore, it discusses the basic conception of block chain utilization in the building of the publishing and trading platform for library-supplied E-books. It is expected that the block chain technology utilization would open up a new dimension for the university library-supplied E-books inventory building.
