基于新发展理念,运用发展创新经济学理论,从人力资源管理入手,探讨工程项目人力资源系统组织模式,并在此基础上构建了班组作业创新实践模型。该模型将工程建设项目作业创新系统表述为“作业实践主体、客体与环境、作业创新文化、创新实践”及“它们之间的关系”的有机整体,认为班组作业创新是基于“计算机互联网络+”的项目团队、班组团队及个体间的知识共享和协调中的价值创造与增值过程,是开展“人、资源、环境、价值观”整合的作业创新实践,是培育“工匠精神”、锻炼队伍、发展员工的群众性创新创造实践。

Based on the concept of new development,the paper used the theory of development and innovation economics,starts with the human resource management and discusses the human resources system organization mode of engineering project.On this basis,it builds a practice and practice model of team work innovation.The model expresses the construction project operation innovation system as the organic whole of“the main body of operation practice,the object and the environment,the operation innovation culture and the innovation practice”and the“relationship between them”.It considers that the operation innovation of the team is based on“Computer Internet+”Project team,teams and individuals in the knowledge sharing and coordination of value creation and value-added process,which is to carry out“people,resources,environment,values,”the integration of homework practice and cultivate the“craftsmanship”,the training team,the development of employee mass innovation to create practice.
