高职思政课作为工匠精神培育的主阵地,迫切需要展开以培育工匠精神为核心的教学改革,这既是时代的呼唤和提升高职院校软实力的内在要求,也是增强思政课实效性的有效途径和学生全面成才的现实需要。诚然,基于以培育工匠精神为核心的教学改革的开展并非一蹴而就,需要直面挑战,遵循以人为本、顶层设计、因材施教、永续发展的科学思路展开,并在实践中从教材开发、实践模式、工学结合、网络辅助、师资培养等多方面探索改革的具体路径。

As the main front of cultivating craftsman spirit,ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges urgently need to carry out the teaching reform centered on cultivating craftsman spirit.Admittedly,based on the spirit to foster the core of the development of teaching reform is not achieved overnight,which need to face the challenge,the top design,according to their aptitude,adhere to people-oriented,sustainable development of scientific thought.And from the aspects of teaching material development,practice patterns in practice,work-integrated learning,network support,teacher training and other aspects to explore the specific path of reform.
