集束化气道护理管理对高血压性脑出血术后机械通气患者相关不良事件的影响价值分析

Analysis of the Influence of Clustered Airway Nursing Management on the Related Adverse Events in Patients with Mechanical Ventilation after Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨集束化气道护理管理在高血压性脑出血术后机械通气中的应用对降低患者相关不良事件发生率的干预价值。方法采取电脑随机双盲法对2016年3月—2018年7月该院接诊的高血压性脑出血术后机械通气病患56例进行分组,实验组28例接受集束化气道护理管理,对照组28例接受常规气道护理。分析两组不良事件的发生风险,比较ICU停留时间等指标。结果实验组的VAS评分为(5.18±0.37)分、ICU停留时间为(7.43±0.65)d,优于对照组的(6.12±0.19)分、(9.32±0.57)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的不良事件发生率为3.57%,比对照组的25.00%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择集束化气道护理管理措施对高血压性脑出血术后机械通气病患进行干预,可有效预防相关不良事件,缩短ICU停留时间,减轻疼痛程度,建议采纳。

Objective To investigate the value of interventional management of bundled airway management in mechanical ventilation after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in reducing the incidence of patient-related adverse events.Methods A total of 56 patients with mechanical ventilation after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group received cluster management of bundled airway.28 patients in the control group received routine airway care.The risk of adverse events in both groups was analyzed,and indicators such as ICU stay time were compared.Results The VAS score of the experimental group was (5.18±0.37)points,and the ICU stay time was (7.43±0.65)d,which was better than that of the control group (6.12±0.19)points and (9.32±0.57)d,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 3.57%,which was lower than that of the control group (25.00%),the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of clustered airway management measures for mechanical ventilation patients after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can effectively prevent related adverse events,shorten the ICU stay time,and reduce the degree of pain.
