摘要
目的评估智能药柜(以下简称ADC)在肿瘤专科医院部分病区使用可有效降低药师工作量,转移药师工作重心,促进患者及时、合理用药,提高患者用药的安全性。方法使用ADC管理病区药品,统计该院2017年3—8月部分病区使用ADC后夜班病房药房摆药条数与去年同期未使用ADC摆药条数比较。并针对ADC的安全性、时效性、方便性相关项目对全院107名护士进行了满意度调查。结果使用ADC后,夜间摆药条数明显下降,由39245条减少至10226条,工作量降低了73.94%。使用ADC前、后摆药条数降低差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。90%的护士对ADC较为满意,满意度均分为8.34分(满分10分)。结论病区使用ADC管理药品后,夜班病房药房摆药条数明显减少,大大降低了药剂科人力资源的使用,促进药师合理转型。
Objective To evaluate the use of intelligent medicine cabinets (hereinafter referred to as ADC) in some wards of oncology hospitals can effectively reduce the workload of pharmacists,shift the focus of pharmacists,promote the timely and rational use of drugs,and improve the safety of patients.Methods The ADC was used to manage the ward medicines.The number of medicines in the pharmacy of the night shift ward after the ADC was used in some wards from March to August 2017 in our hospital was compared with the number of medicines not used in the same period last year.The satisfaction survey of 107 nurses in the hospital was conducted for the safety,timeliness and convenience related projects of ADC.Results After using ADC,the number of medicines dropped significantly at night,from 39 245 to 10 226,and the workload decreased by 73.94%.There was a significant difference in the number of bars before and after the ADC(P<0.001).90% of nurses are satisfied with ADC,and their satisfaction was 8.34 points(total score of 10 points).Conclusion After the use of ADC to manage drugs in the ward,the number of medicines in the night shift ward was significantly reduced,which greatly reduced the use of human resources in the pharmacy and promoted the rational transformation of pharmacists.
