PBL教学法在精神科临床教学护士培训中的应用效果

Application Effect of PBL Teaching Method in Psychiatric Clinical Teaching Nurse Training

目的分析探讨PBL教学法在精神科临床教学护士培训中的应用效果。方法选取该院2017年精神科临床实习护士100名作为该次的研究对象,采用随机分配原则对护士进行分组,分别为实验组和对照组,每组实习学生50名,对照组实习学生采用传统的培训方法,实验组实习学生则进行PBL教学法进行干预。比较两组学生的教学效果、学习成果以及学生的满意度,并对学生进行匿名问卷调查。结果通过对比发现,实验组学生的各项成绩均高于对照组,并且学习态度、能力等要由于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在精神科临床教学护士培训中,PBL教学法的运用有效提高了学生的自主性,转变了传统枯燥、单一的教学模式,充分调动了学生的学习兴趣,锻炼了学生的实践能力和思维能力,提升了解决问题的能力,从而全面提升了学生的综合能力。

Objective To analyze the application effect of PBL teaching method in psychiatric clinical teaching nurse training.Methods 100 clinical psychiatric clinical nurses in our hospital were selected as the research object in this study.The nurses were divided into groups according to the principle of random assignment.The experimental group and the control group were respectively 50 students in each group,and the internship students in the control group were adopted the traditional training method,the experimental group of students internships,PBL teaching method to intervene.The teaching results,learning outcomes,and student satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared,and anonymous questionnaires were conducted.Results By comparison,the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the learning attitude and ability were due to the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the training of psychiatric clinical teaching nurses,the application of PBL teaching method has effectively improved students' autonomy,transformed the traditional boring and single teaching mode,fully mobilized students' interest in learning,and exercised students' practical ability and the ability to think,improve the ability to solve problems,thus comprehensively enhance the students' comprehensive ability.
