采用前瞻性综合护理对于急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者便秘的影响研究

Effect of Prospective Comprehensive Nursing on Constipation in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Diabetes

目的分析急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者实施前瞻性综合性护理对便秘产生的影响。方法选取2017年9月—2018年9月期间该院收治的急性心肌梗死并糖尿病患者90例,以随机方式分为参照组与研究组,各45例,参照组实施一般常规护理,研究组给予前瞻性综合护理,观察两组患者的临床护理效果。结果护理后,研究组患者便秘发生率为2.22%,参照组为20.00%,研究组显著低于参照组(P<0.05),研究组患者在首次排便时间、排便间隔时间以及排便时相关不适症状方面均明显优于参照组,且研究组并发症发生率2.22%也显著低于参照组的17.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用前瞻性综合护理对急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者实施护理,可有效降低患者便秘发生率,临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of prospective comprehensive nursing on constipation in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with diabetes.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute myocardial infarction and diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into a reference group and a study group,45 cases each,and the reference group was given general routine nursing.The study group was given prospective comprehensive nursing and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the incidence of constipation was 2.22% in the study group and 20.00% in the reference group.The study group was significantly lower than the reference group (P<0.05).The study group had the first defecation time,the interval between defecation,and the discomfort associated with defecation.They were significantly better than the reference group,and the complication rate of the study group was 2.22%,which was also significantly lower than 17.77% of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prospective comprehensive nursing care for patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with diabetes can effectively reduce the incidence of constipation in patients,and the clinical effect is significant and worth promoting.
