Objective To explore the effect of implementing quality nursing mode to prevent complications in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM).Methods A total of 94 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled. The patients were enrolled according to the time of admission, and then randomized into two groups: the inquiry group and the control group. In the hospital during the treatment of the delivery period, the quality control measures were taken, and the control group received the routine nursing mode during the hospital treatment. The blood glucose management level and the incidence of maternal and child complications were compared between the two groups. Results The fasting blood glucose and the control level after two hours of postprandial control were better in the inquiry group than in the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05),and the maternal and neonatal complications in the exploration group. The incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Quality care services for pregnant women with gestational diabetes can effectively prevent complications, ensure the safety of mother and child, and improve the quality of maternity and childcare.
