多样性护理在糖尿病合并冠心病护理中的应用

Application of Diversity Nursing in the Nursing of Diabetes Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究多样性护理在糖尿病合并冠心病护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年11月—2018年11月于该院就诊的72例糖尿病合并冠心病患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表的方法,将其均分成对照组与实验组,各36例。对照组运用常规护理模式,实验组在对照组的基础上运用多样性护理模式,比较两组患者的护理效果与不良反应发生率。结果实验组的护理有效率(97.22%)明显高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组的不良反应发生率(2.78%)显著低于对照组(13.89%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多样性护理模式能使糖尿病合并冠心病患者的护理效果提高,产生较少的并发症,患者治疗过程中具有较大的依从性,患者出院时间提前,达到良好的生活质量,因此,多样性护理模式在临床中具有较大的推广价值。

Objective To study the application effect of diversity nursing in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease.Methods Seventy-two patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into control group and experimental group,36 cases each.The control group used the routine nursing mode,and the experimental group used the diversity nursing model on the basis of the control group to compare the nursing effect and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The nursing efficiency of the experimental group (97.22%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.33%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group (2.78%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (13.89%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The diversity nursing model can improve the nursing effect of patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease,and produce fewer complications.The patient has greater compliance during the treatment process,and the patient's discharge time is advanced,achieving a good quality of life.Therefore,diversified care models have greater promotional value in the clinic.
