摘要
商业性健身房运营的主要目的在于盈利,其运营者和管理者会通过多种策略尽可能多的获取利润。但随着健身APP的出现等原因,健身房的发展遇到了瓶颈。通过在中国知网上以“APP健身”“全民健身”“商业性健身房”“运营策略”为关键词进行检索,查阅了近十年的国内外相关文献及著作,然后对相关文献进行分析梳理,旨在为当前下国内的商业性健身房的提高盈利提出了具有参考价值的运营对策。
The main purpose of the operation of commercial gymnasium is to make profits, and its operators and managers will make as much profit as possible through a variety of strategies. However, with the emergence of fitness APP and other reasons, the development of the gym has encountered bottlenecks. Through searching the keywords of "APP Fitness","National Fitness","Commercial Fitness Room" and "Operation Strategy" on China KnowledgeNet, this paper has consulted the relevant literature and works at home and abroad in recent ten years, and then analyzed the relevant literature, aiming at putting forward the operation countermeasures with reference value for the current domestic commercial gymnasium to improve its profit.
