换流变压器阀侧套管充气及压力检测装置的研制

Development of bushing air-filling and pressure detection device for converter transformer valve

由于灵州换流站ABB供货的换流变压器阀侧套管没有可观测的密度表计、没有专用的补气口,密度继电器的校验、SF6气体湿度和分解物检测、套管实际压力检查需将密度继电器从套管上拆除,容易造成密度继电器连接处密封圈损坏,直流套管漏气,影响直流系统的安全稳定运行,针对此问题研制了换流变压器阀侧套管气体充气及压力检测装置,旨在解决站内换流变压器阀侧套管实际压力监测及补气困难的现状。

Because the converter transformer valve has no observable density meter and no special air supply port at Lingzhou Converter Station, the work such as inspection of the density relay, the detection of SF6 gas humidity and its decomposition, the check of the bushing pressure need to remove the density relay from the bushing,which easily caused the sealing ring damage at the joint of the density relay, the leakage of direct current bushing,and influence the safe and steady operation of the direct current system. In order to solve the mentioned problems, the bushing air - filling and pressure detection device for converter transformer valve was developed.
