超声内镜及其新技术在胃肠道黏膜下肿物诊断中的应用 被引量:18

摘要 随着胃肠镜的普及,胃肠道黏膜下肿物(SETs)发现率呈上升趋势。超声内镜(EUS)可为黏膜下肿物的诊断提供大量信息,但其特异性比较有限。而超声内镜新技术因较高的准确率、特异性、无创等特点对胃肠道黏膜下肿物的诊断有着不可小觑的潜力。本文将对超声内镜及其新技术在胃肠道黏膜下肿物的诊断相关文章进行汇总分析。 With the popularity of gastrointestinal endoscopy, the discovery rate of gastrointestinal subepithelial tumors (SETs) is on the rise. Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) provides a wealth of information for the diagnosis of SETs, but with limited specificity. The new endoscopic ultrasonography techniques have great potential for the diagnosis of SETs of the gastrointestinal with their high accuracy, specificity and non-invasiveness. This article will summarize the relevant articles on the diagnosis of endoscopic ultrasonography and its new techniques in the SETs of the gastrointestinal.
