摘要
管理学毫无疑问是发现并提炼人类管理规律的科学,管理离不开文化。在新的时代,无论是研究者还是研究刊物,它的使命和宗旨应当是有意识地挖掘传统文化中的要素和有效养分,以更好地为当代管理理论开拓、管理实践起到引领作用,以此推动中国管理文化的融合和学科发展以及实践的进步。
Management is undoubtedly a science discovering and refining the laws of human management,and is inseparably linked with culture.In the new era,the mission and purpose of both researchers and research journals,should be to consciously tap the elements and effective nutrition of traditional culture,in order to better play a leading role in the development of contemporary nutrition theory and management practice,so as to promote the integration of Chinese management culture,the development of disciplines and the progress of practice.
