The management dilemma in the western cultural context embodies the resource value of traditional ideas.With the promotion of management localization,the value of traditional culture in public management in China has also been paid more and more attention by academia and political circles.The research results of this seminar show that traditional cultural ideas not only have an impact on the theoretical research of modern public management,but also have value and significance in the practice of government management and rural governance.In the new era,scholars will pay more attention to the promotion and application of traditional Chinese culture in Chinese management,deepen the research on the inheritance,transformation and innovation of traditional cultural values in public management,and explore the deep integration of traditional culture and public management in theory and practice more extensively and deeply.
